Studios are concerned that the scandal might affect the last installment of the 'Twilight' vampire series but most folks beg to differ that this will actually have the opposite effect of enhancing box office results.
According to Ian Drew, a senior editor at Us Weekly magazine: "It could make her actually more alluring, it’s not like Sally Field did this, so it could actually enhance her appeal and make her even bigger."
Us Weekly magazine was one of the first to break the scandal when it featured compromising photos of Stewart and her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders in its latest issue.
Stewart has issued an apology saying she is "deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."
The apology did not go over too well. As per people.com, Robert Pattinson has bailed out of the Los Angeles home he shared with Kristen Stewart. Pattinson is reportedly furious of being cheated on in such a public forum and is now in exclusion.
